Flag Retirement Ceremony
When: 11 Sep, Saturday, 6 pm
Where: Val Verde County Fairgrounds
What: Old US Flags are collected and retired with respect and honor
in a ceremonial fashion. Scouts participate in this ceremony by cutting
up the flag and burning the individual stripes and field of stars
conducted by a narrator. Laughlin and City personnel will be there.
